If the passenger is not present at the scheduled pickup location within a 15-minute grace period (for standard bookings), the reservation may be considered a “no-show,” and no refund will be provided.

 

4. Pricing, Payment, and Fees

4.1 Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, WeChat Pay, and other major credit cards. All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.

 

4.2 Charges

Pricing is clearly displayed prior to checkout and may vary based on:

• Distance and duration

• Time of booking (e.g., surcharges for peak hours or holidays)

• Special requests or additional services (e.g., waiting time, stopovers)

 

4.3 Payment Authorization

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Standard Cancellation

• More than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund

• 12–24 hours before pickup: 50% refund

• Less than 12 hours before pickup: No refund

 

5.2 Force Majeure

We reserve the right to cancel services without penalty in the event of force majeure, including severe weather, riots, government restrictions, or vehicle breakdowns. A full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

 

5.3 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to bank and payment gateway processing times.
